This is a scale to rate your energy level. It is included in the DVD package and home study course. When looking at your fitness lifestyle this should be your measuring stick.

  • 5 = Alert and in "brainstorm" mode!
  • 4 = Alert and vibrant with new ideas!
  • 3 = Alert
  • 2 = Sluggish - but moving
  • 1 = Groggy - half asleep
  • 0 = Asleep

What energy level should you be at durring the day?:

  1. You should be at 0 only when sleeping!
  2. The goal is to maintain a 3-4 throughout the day.
