Children that participate in athletics all dream of playing in front of large crowds, winning world championships and making millions to play the game they love. 

Before we can realize these dreams we must begin with proper movement awareness, strength and coordination skills, proper nutrition and self care habits. 

Inner Circle Management provides live education and training to provoke the potential of these future athletes.

Learning how to run, jump, start and stop, change direction will not only improve athleticism but assist in preventing future injuries.  We address these areas in multiple ways.

Hip To Be Fit—Adult Classes

Adults are looking for ways to improve movement, ways to look and feel younger. Losing weight, improving energy levels, taking care of our bodies and decreasing stress are all important to us as we age. 

Two times per week we offer an exercise classes for adults interested in improving their health and wellness.  Each class in an hour in length and covers the following areas:
